As a Machine Operator (m/f/d), you will support us at various production machines. You will be responsible for the entire order processing cycle on the machines. Quality control is just as much a part of your duties as maintaining the equipment. We work with different types of machines, so you can expect a varied range of tasks. (Should we mention multiple machine types or just one?)

Your responsibilities with us – plenty of variety and exciting challenges:

• You set up our production machines, operate them, and monitor the entire process—ensuring everything runs efficiently and error-free.
• When a problem arises, you’re there to handle it: You quickly identify the cause and resolve minor issues on your own.
• You ensure that our machines remain in top condition by performing regular maintenance and upkeep.
• You always keep an eye on quality and carry out precise checks to ensure the highest standards.
• You help us continuously optimize workflows and thus improve the entire production process even further.

What you bring to the table:

• Completed training as a machine and plant operator (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
• Alternatively, you can demonstrate professional experience in relevant fields
• You possess manual dexterity and technical understanding
• You enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues
• You have an eye for quality and work meticulously
• You are reliable, motivated, and self-reliant
